I don't have enough words for what this team did for our family and our sweet pug(Cheecharron), but they deserve to be recognized, so I'll try. From the first visit, they gave him comfort, patience, and genuine adoration. The empathy we experienced here is honestly rare, and it turned a devastating experience (as we lost our sweet boy) into one we could actually survive. The professionalism was just as extraordinary. The doctor personally called me, sat with me through every single question, and walked me through each scenario so I truly understood what was happening and what our options were. She reassured me that we had done everything we could, and coming from someone that thorough and honest, that meant everything when i felt i could do nothing. No rushing, no cold clinical distance, just real medical expertise delivered with heart. Then they did something I will never forget: they mailed us a personalized letter signed by the staff along with a hand-drawn picture of him not a generic pug, but HIM, exactly as he looked. They saw how special he was, the same way we did. We are still in the middle of mourning him, and that gesture healed something in me I didn't think could be reached right now. If you want a veterinary team that pairs top tier medical skill with true humanity and a willingness to go far above and beyond, this is it. They helped us not only care for our dog, but navigate an immense grief with grace. We will absolutely be back with our other fur babies, and I'll recommend them to anyone who loves their pets like family. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. -The Calderon Family

I love these guys are fantastic, you can tell they really care about the animals. And I don't feel like I'm bankrupt when I leave.

We’ve taken 2 of our dogs to MAH so far and have really liked both doctors! Dr. Williams was very caring and helpful in one of our dog’s final weeks, and Dr. Hadley made sure our new dog had a positive and calm first visit at the vet, and gave us a plan for managing her pain and joint health going forward. We know our other dog will be in good hands here too. Thank you!

We moved to Mahomet about 2 weeks ago and decided to visit Mahomet Animal Hospital with our 2 fur babies (kitties). The first thing we noticed was the completely separate waiting rooms for cats/dogs! GENUIS! We were greeted and guided to the exam room within about 5 minutes of arriving. (Totally expected as we were a bit early to our appointment). The highlight of the visit was truly the sheer compassion and gentle hands of Dr. Hadley. One of our kitties recently had mouth/nose surgery and is extremely sensitive in those areas, but Dr. Hadley was so patient and receptive to her needs that we were able to get through the entire exam/injection with just a few irritated growls which is a win for a usually spicy kitty! Overall, our first experience at Mahomet Animal Hospital was truly incredible and our kitties’ relaxed demeanors confirmed that for us as well! If you want knowledgeable and compassionate care for your fur babies then this is absolutely the place to be. Thank you greatly to the whole MAH Team for the smoothest veterinarian transition!

Dr Hadley is wonderful. Such a caring, compassionate doctor, both to the fur babies and their owners. The office staff and vet techs are exceptional as well. Always willing to help and very pleasant!!!

We had a very pleasurable experience albeit under terrible circumstances. It's never easy to put a companion to sleep. Mahomet Animal Hospital was professional and compassionate. They were extremely understanding and made this as easy as possible. In those moments all you can do is make the best of a bad situation and they accomplished this with excellence. The cherry on top was a letter in the mail sharing their sorrow for our loss. Here is my last photo of my girl. I can't wait to see you again.
